Fonte avellāna, Einöde bei Faenza; darnach benannt der Orden von Fonte avellana, gestiftet 1001 von Ludolf, nachherigem Bischof von Eugubio, bald mit Peter Damian u. dessen Einsiedlern vereinigt, streng lebend, über viele Klöster verbreitet, aber 1570 aufgehoben u. dem der Camaldulenser einverleibte.
