Talya, 1) Marktflecken im Bezirk Tokaj des ungarischen Comitats Zemplin; hat drei Kirchen verschiedener Confessionen, Synagoge, Burgruine, Postamt, königlichen Weingarten (Makovicza), Weinbau, besuchte Jahrmärkte (bes. bedeutenden Handel mit Weinfässern); 4000 Ew.; brannte am 11. Aug. 1861 fast ganz ab, auch alle drei Kirchen mit; 2) (Kis-T.) Dorf im Bezirk Erlau des ungarischen Comitats Heves; Tabak- u. Melonenbau; 970 Ew.
