Erse (daher das Fest auch Ersephoria) geweiht, wo 7–11 jährige Mädchen (Arrhephŏri) in feierlichem Aufzuge den weißen, goldgestickten, von 2 dieser Mädchen selbst vom 30. des Monats Pyanepsion an gewebten Peplos, der Göttin u. die Heiligthümer (Arrhēta), in einem, in Bezug auf Erichthonios u. Erse stehenden geheimnißvollen Kasten, auf die Akropolis trugen.
