Christmas Pantomime (spr. Kristmäß Päntomeim, Weinachtspantomime), Harlekinaden u. Zauberballets, die jährlich die englischen Theaterdirectoren, bes. im Coventgarden u. Drurylane, mu größtem Luxus geben u. von deren Gefallen oft das Fortbestehen der Direction abhängt. Eine solche C. P. kostet oft 70,000 Thlr., bringt aber auch oft, 60–70 Mal gegeben werdend, viel ein.
