Nuncupation (v. lat.), 1) so v.w. Nennung, Benennung; 2) eine mündliche Erklärung, welche vor Zeugen gegeben wird; sie kam bes. bei Mancipationen vor u. enthielt die näheren Bestimmungen des Geschäftes.
