Fronton le Duc (spr. Frongtong l'Dück, lat. Ducäus), Jesuit, geb. 1558 in Bordeaux, lehrte Rhetorik u. später Theologie in Pont a Mousson, Bordeaux u. im College von Clermont zu Paris, wo er 1624 starb. Er schr. u.a.: Controversen gegen Duplessis Mornay's Buch über das Abendmahl, u. gab heraus: Au ctarium zu den Bibliotheken der Kirchenväter, Par. 1624, 2 Bde., Fol.; ferner den Chrysostomos, Paulinus, Johannes Damaskenos, Nikephoros Kall. u.m.a.
