Furĭa lex

Furĭa lex, 1) vom Dictator Furius Camillus 368 v. Chr. gegebenes Gesetz wegen der Wahl der Curulischen Ädilen; 2) s. Fufia lex; 3) Furia Atilia lex, 137 v. Chr. von den Volkstribunen P. Furius[799] u. S. Atilius, daß C. Mancinus den Numantinern, mit denen er ohne Einwilligung des Senats u. Volks Frieden gemacht hatte, ausgeliefert werden solle; 4) Furia Caninia lex, 2 v. Chr., bestimmte die Zahl der Sklaven, welche frei gelassen werden durften, im Verhältniß zur Anzahl der Sklaven Eines Besitzers, von 2–10: die Hälfte; von 10–30: 1/3; von 30–100: 1/4; aber nie über 100.
