Gosia, Martin, Rechtslehrer in Bologna, Schüler des Irnerius, kam mit seinem ehemaligen Mitschüler Bulgarus (s.d.) in Streit, indem er die Billigkeit, jener den Buchstaben des Gesetzes erfüllt wissen wollte. Dadurch bildeten sich in der Folge zwei Secten, die Gosianer u. die Bulgarianer; von der ersteren sind u. and. bekannt: Placentinus, Albericus, Pillius; vgl. Glosse 1).
