Jugulār (v. lat. Jugŭlum, Kehle, Kehlgrube), auf die Kehle sich beziehend, so: Jugularvenen, so v.w. Drosseladern etc. Daher Jugulargeräusch, (Nonnengeräusch), ein durch tönendes Vibriren der Jugularvenenwand od. deren Klappenapparat bedingtes Rauschen, hörbar bei Blutmangel.
