Epaon, ein Ort im alten Burgund, zwischen Lyon u. Vienne, wo 517 die Synode gehalten wurde, auf welcher die Burgundische Kirche geordnet wurde; nach Einigen das j. Yenne, nach Anderen das Kirchdorf Ponas.
