Parliament money (spr. Pahrtement monei, Parlamentsthaler), englische Münzen, welche das Parlament unter Cromwell 165–56 schlagen ließ. Sie sind mit dem englischen Kreuze auf der[702] einen u. mit diesem u. der irländischen Harfe auf der anderen Seite u. mit dem Werth in römischen Zahlen bezeichnet. Man hat sie von allen englischen Münzwährungen. Vgl. Cromwellsthaler.
