Relievers (spr. Relihwers), eine kirchliche Secte in Schottland, welche in Jedburgh 1755 dadurch entstand, daß die Gemeinde eine Kirche gebaut hatte u. nun das Recht behauptete, ihre Geistlichen selbst zu wählen. Sie erhielt es u. wurde deshalb Presbytery of relief (Gemeinde der Hülfe) genannt. Sie ist in mehrern schottischen Städten verbreitet, u.a. in Glasgow.
