Viczay, ein altes ungarisches, der Katholischen Consession folgendes Geschlecht, welches vormals freiherrlich war u. seit Johann II. gräflich ist; der jetzige Chef ist: Graf Karl, Sohn des 1836 verstorbenen Grafen Franz, geb. 29. Mai 1802 u. seit 1829 vermählt mit Marie geb. Gräfin Khuen von Belasi; er hat keine Kinder, sein älterer Bruder ist Adolf, geb. 1804.
