Zawiah, bei den Mauren eine Kapelle, welche als Grab des Stifters einer Familie dient; hierher werden von der Familie u. den Freunden Wallfahrten gemacht. Mit dieser Kapelle ist gewöhnlich eine Schule, sowie ein Hospital für Pilger verbunden. Die Z. gelten auch als Asyle für Verfolgte.
