Psiloi

Psiloi (Psilētai, gr. Ant.), die leichte Infanterie, welche ohne Schutzwaffen (Schild, Panzer etc.) mit Schleudern, Wurfspießen u. Bogen bewaffnet war; im Gegensatz zu den Hoplitai. Ihre Anführer hießen Psilagoi.
