Athabaska Portage, Paß in Nordamerika, zwischen dem 52. u. 53.°, in einer Einsenkung, die etwa 7500 Fuß über dem Meeresspiegel liegt, u. als Punch-Bowl auf den Charten verzeichnet ist. Die Pelzhändler schlagen jetzt denselben gewöhnlich auf ihren Reisen nach dem Westen u. zurück ein, wenn sie von ihren Niederlassungen am Unjigah od. am Saskatschewan zu jenem am Tacouiche-Tesse sich begeben.
