Sta. Aurĕa, Heilige u. Wunderthäterin in Paris um 633, Äbtissin des, vom Bischof Eligius daselbst gebauten Klosters; st. 666; ihr Tag der 4. October. Nach ihr sind die noch bestehenden Filles de Ste. Aure, gestiftet 1705 für Hospitaldienst u. unentgeldlichen Unterricht, erneuert 1826, benannt.
