Catoniāna regŭla

Catoniāna regŭla, von Cato 6) stammende Rechtsregel, daß ein Testament, was nicht gültig ist, wenn der Testirende gleich nach dessen Verfertigung stirbt, auch nicht gültig wird, wenn er nach der Testirung noch leben bleibt u. erst später stirbt.
