Diomēa (a. Geogr.), Demos in Attika, im NO. von Athen, zu welchem das Diomeïsche Thor (Diomēa) in Athen führte u. das Gymnasium Kynosarges gehörte. D. war genannt nach Diŏmos, Sohn des Kolyttos, dem Liebling des Herakles; er führte auch zuerst den Dienst des Herakles (Diomēa) hier ein, u. wurde später selbst als Heros verehrt.
