Eastport (spr. Ihstport), 1) Städtischer Bezirk mit Postamt (Post-township) in der Grafschaft Washington des Staates Maine (Nordamerika), besteht aus Moose-Island u. mehreren anderen kleineren Inseln in der Passamaquodybai; 5000 Ew.; 2) Hafenstadt darin, an der Moose-Island, mit dem Festland durch eine Brücke verbunden; 7 Kirchen; der Hafen ist einer der besten an der ganzen Küste, lebhafter Handel mit Britisch-Nordamerika, ansehnliche Fischerei; Garnison (E. ist der östlichste Punkt der Vereinigten Staaten), Dampfschiffverbindung mit Boston, Calais (im Staate Maine), Portland u. anderen Küstenplätzen; 4000 Ew.; 3) Postort in der Grafschaft Tishemingo im Staate Mississippi, am Tennessee-River.
