Eucalyn, C12H12O12, Bestandtheil der Manna von Eucalyptus mannifera, welche nach Berthelot einen gährungsfähigen Süßstoff (Eucalyptus-zucker, s.d.) u. das E. enthält, dieses ist syrupartig, nicht gährungsfähig, reducirt Kupferoxyd u. bräunt sich bei 110°.
