Polcevēra (spr. Pottschewera), Küstenfluß des Mittelmeeres; entspringt auf den Ligurischen Apenninen in der Provinz Genua u. mündet westlich bei Genua; ist meist wasserlos, zu Zeiten aber sehr reißend; er bildet ein reizendes, fruchtbares, dichtbevölkertes Thal, durch welches die Eisenbahn nach Genua geführt ist.
