Tombigbee River (Tombeckbee, Bigbee), Fluß in Nordamerika, entspringt in der Grafschaft Tishemingo im äußersten Nordosten des Staates Mississippi, fließt südlich nach der Grafschaft Columbus, wendet sich dann östlich nach dem Staat Alabama, durchströmt diesen in südöstlicher Richtung, nimmt bei Demopolis den Black Warrior River auf u. vereinigt sich 10 Ml. oberhalb Mobile mit dem Alabama River, wodurch der Mobile River (s.d.) entsteht. Die Stromlänge des T. beträgt über 100 Meilen, von Columbus an bis zu seiner Mündung (88 Ml.) ist er für Dampfboote schiffbar; die größeren Städte an seinem Ufer sind: Aberdeen, Columbus, Pickensville, Gainesville u. Demopolis.
