Tribĭgild

Tribĭgild, Haupt der unter Theodosios in Phrygien angesiedelten ostgothischen Colonie, empörte sich 399 n. Chr. gegen Arcadius u. schlug ein kaiserliches Heer; nachdem er sich mit Gainas, einem Feldherrn des Arcadius, 400 verbunden hatte, waren sie unglücklich.
