Chambly (spr. Schangby), 1) Stadt am Rude-Meru im Arrondissement Senlis des französischen Departements Oise; viele Mahlmühlen, Fabrication von Waffen, Seiden-, Gold-, Silbertressen u. Schnüren; 1400 Ew.; 2) Grafschaft des Districts von Montreal im Britischen Canada (Nordamerika), mit 17,200 Ew.; 3) Fort darin, am Chamblysee, ein altes, massives französisches Castell.
