Melinŏë, Tochter des Zeus u. der Persephone, auf den Fluthen des Kokytos erzeugt; erschien bald weiß, bald schwarz, verwandelte sich in vielerlei Schreckgestalten u. stürzte die Menschen durch lustige Phantome in Wahnsinn.
