Dios-Györ, Marktflecken an der (forellenreichen) Szinkvaim Kreise Borsod des Verwaltungsgebiets Pesth-Ofen (Ungarn); liegt in einem schönen Thale (Ungarische Tempe); hat Papiermühle, [170] Eisen- u. Glasfabrik, in der Nähe auch gold- u. silberhaltige Erzadern u. ein laues Bad, dessen Wasser Kalkerde, Kochsalz u. kohlensaures Natron enthält u. sich in einem kleinen Morast sammelt, den Überresten des früheren Königsbades; Obst- u. Weinbau; 2800 Ew. D. war früher mit Mauern umgeben, von denen, wie von einem Schlosse, noch Ruinen zu sehen sind.
