Pagnīno, Sante, geb. 1470 in Lucca, Dominicaner, ging mit dem päpstlichen Cardinallegaten nach Avignon u. starb 1541 in Lyon. Er übersetzte die Bibel ins Lateinische, Lyon 1528 u.ö., u. schr.: Thesaurus linguae sanctae, Lyon 1529, beste Ausg. ebd. 1575, 2 Bde., Fol. u.a.
