Marrucīni

Marrucīni, kleine, tapfere sabellische Völkerschaft in einem schmalen Strich am Aternus zwischen den Vestinern, Pelignern u. Frentanern, vom jetzigen Popoli bis zur Mündung des Pescara, besaßen die Stadt Teate u. mit den Vestinern zusammen den Hafen Aternum.
