Tenĕa, Flecken im Gebiet von Korinth mit Heiligthum des Apollo; die Teneaten sollen von Agamemnon aus Tenedos dahin verpflanzt u. Ödipus hier erzogen worden sein. Von T. wanderten die meisten zur Gründung von Syrakus. In den Streitigkeiten des Achäischen Bundes hielt T. sich an Rom u. blieb deshalb frei. Jetzt noch Ruinen davon bei Chiliomodi.
