Hutchinsĭa, 1) H. Agardh., Pflanzengattung, benannt nach Miß Hutchins (einer irländischen Kryptogamologin), aus der Familie der Confervaceae-Ceramieae, gehört zu Polysiphonia Grev.; Arten: im Meer wachsend; H. fruticulosa, getrocknet schwarz, kommt unter dem künstlichen Wurmmoos vor; 2) H. R. Br., Pflanzengattung aus der Familie der Cruciferae-Lepidineae; Arten: H. alpina, H. brevicaulis, H. petraea, in Alpengegenden Südeuropas; H. calycina, in Sibirien.
