Montefeltro 1) Guido, Graf von M., Herr von Pisa u. Urbino, Ghibelline, trat 1296 in den geistlichen Stand u. starb bald darauf. 2) Friedrich I., Graf von M., Sohn u. Nachfolger des Vor., fiel als Opfer einer Verschwörung 1322. 3) Speranza von M., Vetter des Vor., besaß die Städte Fermo, Osimo u. Fabriano, wurde aber von Rolso von M., Sohn Friedrichs I., derselben beraubt. 4) Rolso von M., wurde durch den Cardinal Ägidius Albornoz seiner Staaten beraubt u. st. 1366. 5) Antonio, Graf von M., erlangte die Herrschaft über Urbino wieder u. st. 1404. 6) Guido Antonio von M., des Vorigen Sohn, st. 1443. 7) Otto Antonio von M., Sohn des Vor., machte sich durch despotische Handlungen bei seinen Unterthanen verhaßt u. fiel als Opfer einer Verschwörung 1449. 8) Friedrich II., Graf u. erster Herzog von Urbino, Bruder des Vorigen; st. 1482, s.u. Urbino. 9) Guido Ubaldo, Sohn u. Nachfolger des Vor., letzter Herzog von Urbino aus dem Hause M.; er st. 1508.
