Zarlīno

Zarlīno, Giuseppe, geb. 1520, war Capellmeister zu St. Marcus in Venedig u. starb 1590. Er war Verbesserer der Akustik u. Canonik, Componist für Oper u. Kirche u. Verfasser vieler theoretischer Werke, z.B.: Institutione harmoniche etc., Vened. 1558 u. 1588 etc.
