Bozzelli, Franc. Paolo, Advocat, war Staatsrath unter König Murat, emigrirte 1821 u. lebte lange als Flüchtling in Paris; 1848 ward er beauftragt, die neue Constitution zu entwerfen u. übernahm am 31. Januar 1848 das Ministerium des Innern in Neapel, trat aber schon am 3. April zurück, übernahm jedoch am 15. Mai 1848 bis 7. August 1849 das Ministerium des öffentlichen Unterrichts. Er schrieb mehrere verdienstvolle Werke.
