Lopez y Portāna, Vincente, geb. 1772 in Valencia, Maler, wurde Director der Kunstakademie daselbst, ging 1814 nach Madrid, wurde Zeichnenlehrer der Königinnen Maria Isabella u. Josephe, u. Generaldirector der Akademien zu Madrid, Saragossa u. Valencia. Eigentlich Meister im Portrait, hat er auch ausgezeichnete historische Bilder gemalt, so St. Augustin u. St. Rufus in dem Dom zu Tortosa.
