Bondi, 1) Clemente, geb. 1742 zu Mizzano in Parma, Jesuit; wurde Lehrer der Beredtsamkeit in Parma; 1795 wegen eines Gedichtes, worin er die Aufhebung des Jesuitenordens gefeiert, verfolgt, hielt er sich lange in Tyrol verborgen, wurde dann Bibliothekar des Erzherzogs Ferdinand in Brünn u. Erzieher der Söhne desselben, kam 1816 nach Wien u. st. hier 1821. Seine poetischen Werke: Venedig 1798, 6 Bde., Pisa 1799, Wien 1808, 3 Bde. (von denen der 1. seine längeren Gedichte: La conversazione, La felicità, Il governo pacifico. La moda u. La giornata villereccia; der 2. u. 3. seine Sonette, Elegien, Canzonen etc., nebst einer Übersetzung von Virgils Georgica enthält). 2) Elias, jüdischer Arzt zu Filehne im Großherzogthum Posen, st. 1851; er schr.: Die medicinische Wissenschafts- u. Studienlehre, Berl. 1818; Pathologie des Weichselzopfes, ebd. 1828; Das Frieselpetechialfieber, ebd. 1831.
